Daryl R. Haub, 84, of Dayton, Iowa, passed away on Friday, March 24 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Lawrence “Larry” Greenfield, 77, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at his home in Burnside, Iowa.

   A visitation was held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Palmer Funeral Gowrie. Private graveside services were planned. 

Margaret Helen Cooper, age 74, passed away on December 18, 2022 unexpectedly after a brief illness following para thyroid cancer. She was a second child and only daughter to Quentin and Dorothy (Anderson) Lundquist of Harcourt, IA.

Bonnie Jean (Edwards) Bengtson (wife of Richard Bengtson) of Grimes, 89, passed away from a sudden illness on Nov. 29, 2022.

Donald Lee Howe, 90, of Dayton entered eternal rest on Nov. 21, 2022, at Pearl Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing at Gowrie.

Samuel “Sam” Putzke, 67, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022, at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge.

Sam’s wishes were to be cremated. He will be laid to rest at the Dayton Cemetery Mausoleum, in the spring of 2023, where his ashes will be placed with his parents, Harris and Lillian Putzke.

Kim A. Kiesey, 70, of Burnside, passed away unexpectedly at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics on Monday, Oct. 17, 2022, surrounded by her family.

Visitation will be Sunday, Oct. 23, 2022, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Carson-Stapp Funeral Home in Dayton. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 24, at the United Methodist Church in Dayton. Pastor Craig Vote will officiate.

Beth C. Ozbun, 72, of Fort Dodge, and formerly of Dayton, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2022, at UnityPoint Health ~ Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at Carson-Stapp Funeral Home in Dayton. Pastor Kay. Christie will officiate. Visitation will be prior to services, starting at 12 p.m., at the funeral home.

Carroll H. Widen, 81, of Harcourt, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at UnityPointHealth – Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge.

A celebration of life will be held 2 p.m., Friday, August 19, at the United Methodist Church in Harcourt with Pastor Kay. Christie officiating.
